Frequently asked questions

Everyone is different so we recommend starting with 2 a day and adjusting your dose as needed by increasing your daily dose by adding 1 more a day until the desired results are achieved.

It is recommended to take them on an empty stomach at least 1/2 hour before each meal, up to 4 times a day.

4 Doses is ideal, however do the best you can. During the week you can strive for 3 doses and on the weekends try for 4. You can also double up the morning dose and then give them their 3rd dose after school and the final dose before bedtime.

Sugary foods and drinks tend to interfere with the positive effects of the supplement so it’s not recommended to mix with juice or any drink with sugar. If you need to mix it with something you can try to mix the powder with a small amount of food such as natural applesauce or mix into a drink such as water, pedialyte, or an unsweetened drink that your child enjoys.

We recommend speaking with your physician in regards to any issues with your current medications or supplements.

Everyone is different, however most people notice a difference within 2 weeks.

Our Luteolin is derived from chysanthemum leaves and the rutin is derived from the Sophora Japonica flower. There are plenty of natural sources for luteolin and rutin - check out our most recent article about natural luteolin sources.

You can either chew the lozenges for sublingual absorption or you can swallow them. We do suggest you chew them, since our lozenges are designed to be chewed because sublingual absorption has shown to allow for a quicker and more efficient intake of vitamins, minerals, and bioflavonoids. All of our lozenges contain a nice and light natural citrus flavor so you might be surprised to find out you like it!
