Apigenin is a flavonoid found in parsley, artichoke, basil, celery and other plants. Over the last three years, a large number of published studies have demonstrated the anti-cancer properties of apigenin.
Rutin is the glycoside combining the flavonol quercetin and the disaccharide rutinose. It’s a citrus flavonoid found in plants, most notably in citrus fruit.


Quercetin is a flavonoid found in many fruits, vegetables, leaves, and grains. It is an abundant plant polyphenol found in things like capers, radish leaves, dill, cilantro, fennel leaves, and more.
